Book The Great Medicine Show
Corporate event entertainment with dancers, fire and a live DJ
One booking that covers the music and the spectacle: a DJ set across the evening, dancers and roaming performers working the room, and fire or LED for the moment the night needs.

Built for event planners
A corporate event needs entertainment that arrives on time, fits the run of show, and makes the night memorable without making the planner nervous. The Great Medicine Show is one company delivering the music and the performers together, so there is one contact, one quote and one schedule.
Three sizes
A DJ set. One performer, 2 to 4 hours of music across the evening, from dinner to the dance floor.
The show. The DJ set with dancers and roaming performers: belly dance, LED winged dancers, hoop dancers and costumed characters like our Catrinas moving through the guests. The most popular version for galas and launches.
The full spectacle. Up to 12 performers with fire: an opening or a finale your guests will talk about on Monday. Outdoors it is live flame; in a ballroom, LED.
Questions planners ask us
Sound. We plug into the venue's or your AV company's sound system. No extra speakers to load in.
Indoors. Ballrooms rarely allow live flame, so indoors the fire becomes LED poi, staffs, fans and wings. Everything else stays the same.
Timing. A typical outdoor evening is a DJ set of 2 to 4 hours with three 15 minute fire sets. Indoors the features are shorter. We fit the moments to your run of show: the arrival, the speeches, the reveal, the dance floor.
Lead time. Four weeks is ideal. Two weeks minimum for any event with fire, because the fire permit is filed 14 days ahead in Austin.
Travel. We are based in Austin. Elsewhere, the quote is the creative fee and flights, lodging and ground transport are billed at cost, so there are no surprises in the number.
Good fits
Company parties and holiday parties, galas and award nights, product launches and brand activations, conference evening events, incentive trips and retreats, and hotel and resort events. Austin, the Hill Country, San Antonio, Dallas and Houston are close to home.
The people behind it
The Great Medicine Show has staged festival main stages at Unison and PlayThink, top billed New Year's Eve at Indra's Awarehouse in Austin, and produced Music for the People in Belton, Texas, a sold out show with a cast of more than 14. That production experience is what makes a corporate night run smoothly. See fire performers and belly dancers for each discipline.
